Reports for Funds Managers / Trustees

We regularly perform “authorized visitors assessments” for Financial Trustees in order to provide the Trustee with a comprehensive picture of the “protected person’s”:

• living environment,
• quality of life,
• social support networks and
• health status

The report identifies the client’s short, medium and long term needs as well as necessary information to assist the trustee to implement the recommendations such as contacts for local support groups, health professionals, case management services and relevant associations etc

Reports for Family law matters

e.g. contested estate, divorce or compensation claims following a death of a loved one.

Our Occupational Therapy or Vocational report  assist the resolution of these matters by clarifying the roles, contributions and needs of the involved parties, for e.g.

• by determining the future health, support and care needs of a “protected person” or a disabled person following the death of their carer or benefactor
• by identifying the contribution a deceased person made to the family unit e.g. as carer or parent and how the loss of that person has impacted on surviving family members
• by outlining the work options and earning potential of one of the parties  in  divorce proceedings

Our typical turnaround sees us providing an assessment appointment within 14 days of instruction (subject to client availability) and delivering a completed expert report within a further 21 days. Particularly urgent assessment report deadlines can often be met, please contact us for details.
